Red Hot Chilies
#1
Not sure if you guys like Mexican/hot food but I've been buying dried chilies from COOL CHILE COMPANY and they are wicked IMO. 20 mins in boiling water and Bob's your uncle
Made a chilie at the weekend using 1 habanero and 1 chipotle and it was lurvely. Nice and hot but not horribly so. The chipotle gives a wickedly smoky aroma/flavour and the habanero (hottest chilie in the world allegedly) provides the kick, but not at the expense of searing lips.
If you love chilies and have never used Cool Chile Co before then I can stronly recommend them. Just watch your *** after
P.S. The habanero hot sauce and chipotle chile oil is wicked too.
