Luke, i doubt that Phil is that financially astute, afetr all, The Arches only ever seems to have one car in and yet he employs 2 mechanics, both of whom constantly complain about their workload and yet they still find time to **** unattractive women while on the clock

Compare that to Kevin's garage in Coronation Street, plenty of business and, up till Wednesday, a good work record and yet Kevin seems to be living pretty close to the poverty line

i have often wondered why they go on about being 'skint' and you always see them in the vic, the club or the cafe`, surely if they were as skint as that, they wouldn't be able to affoerd it
