Used the dishwasher for the first time last night, emptied it this morning and while the dishes etc. are really clean and sparkling they seem to feel strange. Not sticky but kind of alomst-sticky.
Anyone know what is causing this? Too much rinse aid perhaps?

The almost sticky thing is probably caused by salt.
Oh and expect to replace all your glasses and cutlery on a regular basis - "the dishwasher giveth, and the dishwasher taketh away" ...

Yea, I'm aware of the glasses problem as my parents had a DW when I lived with them. One thing for sure though, I'm not washing them seperaty LOL!

Never have this problem with my dishwasher but then she does do them by hand
Seriously though, I know what you mean, it's one of the joys of the dishwaser, my mum, god bless her, runs them under the hot tap for a couple of seconds then dries them this seems to remove the non-sticky, but nearly sticky feel.
