Just noticed AOL are still billing me for a service I cancelled over a year ago

And I cant remember the cancellation reference?

What should I do - tell my car issuer I dont recognise it at all or take my chances asking AOL for a refund?

The ******* did exactly the same to me, gave card details for free trial then swaped over to ADSL at the end of it cancelled it but they carried on billing me, after many many phone rants I ended up getting copies of all my phone bills to prove that I hadn't used them for 10 months and they still tried to contest it. Threatened a solicitor and they gave in straight away and refunded all the money

came in handy just before hols. The only way is to batter them 'cos they are W@nk.
