Ray... I hope you will be installing some "Back Doors" to the speed cameras before you go. A nice self destruct on april fools day would be good.

Just clear out your desk and send them photos of you speeding of into the distance.
Or what I did once..... just post a picture of your sweaty **** ring to the MD signed by your good self with kiss this
Luckily I didn't need a reference though

Ray_li,
Why do you feel guilty? Seriously, don't worry about it. You do a job and they pay you for it - you don't owe them anything and they don't owe you anything as you have both fulfilled your sides of the bargain.
Put it this way - how guilty do you think they'd feel if they hit trouble (a speed camera company in trouble - what a lovely thought ) and had to make you redundant?
Good luck mate,

Well. I handed in my resignation letter today but my manager didnt say much to me. hejust looked at me. i told him to say something or punch me in the face. at least it would make me feel better.
the reason I feel sh1tty is that this is my first real design/engineer job since i finished uni. that they gave me a very good opportunity. I was there for just over 5 months and im off now.
Well they did only pay me 15k and change my job role after 2 months to work on a PC next to a 120db machine and welder. To top it all of it was in a factory that was always below 16 degrees

Exactly!!! You don't owe them anything! Typical manager's reaction btw - when I managed a department of IT guys I always tried to be as helpful as possible even if they were leaving as you just never know what the future holds!!
