It the opposite for me- i cannot physically sleep before something like 2am- i just cant sleep because my body clock is set to late.

i get in from work at about 4- sometimes 5...i have no problems getting up at half 8 or 9 o clock.

But i always need half an hour/ an hours sleep early evening

I get up at 5.30 every day, to commute to london, i may not be awake but i do it.

you get used to it, especially when you are on call and you get phoned everynight around 4.30 for some stooopid 5hite, i just think cool and hour till i have to get up.

4 alarm clocks for me, 3 that i have to get up to turn off, it works.
