Quite rightly won by Donald Rumsfeld for this gem...

He then backed that up with...
"I believe what I said yesterday. I don't know what I said, but I know what I think... and I assume it's what I said"
The BBC website reported fans of Rumsfeld as saying that he is often misunderstood.
