Its the 24 digit (I think) number you just mentioned - the whole number - no spaces

Trying to get online upgrade prices at the carphone warehouse and it's asking for my sim card number. My sim card has a number on the back which is a 6 row by 4 digit number. I've tried all combinations of the 6x4 digit number but the online system throws it out each time. What is the sim card number?
