My utopia would not take a lottery win.
All
I would need is a large area to do rally X and 10 cars and drivers to compete with me in a series of races. After the final we would then retire to be waited on in a medi-evil banquet by some hot women 
and after a great nights sleep we would next day, do it all again.
What would your utopia have in it?
