My Alfa is currently advertised for sale. They phoned me today saying that they had a buyer interested in a car they'd just sold, and mine was very similar spec. They want to get my car into stock tonight and hopefully sell it tomorrow to this guy. We've agreed a fixed price, and he's going to lend me a courtesy car so it sounds OK - but I've never sold a car this way before, so I'm a bit nervous!

haven't dealt with these people but i sold my scoob the same way - was in autotrader and a dealer phoned up and offered me a fixed price without having seen it. as it was a way away i got a recovery co. i deal with to take it down there and that was the end of that. never even saw the people it went to. i assume they have settled the finance as i haven't heard anything
