i have bought stuff from them. what is it that you want to know? IMO the staff are rather shodddy, the shop is very busy most of the time. However they have a big range of gear, reasonable prices and the delivery service is ok. They have been around for a while and seem quite successful.

They have a very bad reputation. Poor customer service, don't give a to$$ attitude, goods faulty/damaged etc.
Most say to avoid them in favour of Digital Village. There was a huge thread about this on the Computer Music forum a while back.

Bought loads of stuff from them. You go to the shop, listen to it, get the pony tailed one's advice and walk away with it.
That is a good selling point for me as many firms are happy to order and then supply broadcast stuff, but rarely can you have a feel and a fiddle and then walk away with it.
Understaffed, but good prices and great demos (if you domt mind the wait).
