Broken veins

I have a couple of broken veins on my nose - one on the side of my nose and a couple across the bridge. They're not too bad, but they bother me. I eat well, exercide regularly, don't drink and don't smoke, so I don't think there's anything in particular that's caused them, just one of those things.
Does anyone know if there's treatment available?
