I believe there are clubs where you pay an annual subscription and you get the use of a pool car from their collection for a few days. Its a points based system with different cars worth a different number of points etc.

Been member of London, Birmingham, and Manchester clubs for few years now. Anything in particular you want to know?
Btw, the websites arent very up to date with regards to what cars they've got though, better to give whatever club is nearest you a call to find out more....
