ok, i have a banging headache and gerneral cold symptoms, but also have aches and my eyes explode when theres lights on, really sleepy and unstable.

Migraine / Flu.
Beechams capsules mate. Get 2 of them down you and a cuppa!
Your eyes will feel sensitive sue to the sore head.
I get sever migraines, and feel the same way except the temperature

Sounds like you have that stomach bug thats going around, be prepared to be throwing up for 12 hours straight and/or have serious diahorrea.
I had it a week or so ago, felt like flu, eyes hurt etc. then about 6 hours later the spewing started.
Don't worry, in 48 hours (or less) you'll be fine again.

Remember, people often say they have "flu" when they don't.
If you ever get Influenza (proper flu), you will damm well know about it - you won't be able to do anything, stand up, and feel REALLY unwell.
What people often call "flu" is often just the common cold (ie, sore head, aches, pains, temperature, etc).

I would seriously drink several cans of Stella, nothing works better at making you sleep than alcohol. Drink untill vision starts to blur and you lose the feeling in all fingers, god I like that sensation
