What a fookin scandal I mean, imagine if this had led to you getting a ban or similar, and your insurance premium rising through the roof because you had been wrongly 'criminalised'.

What is most criminal about it is that the Scam£ra partnership are not going to be contacting people who were wrongly convicted to let them know. I suspect that this might be based upon legal advice as if someone had lost their job due to a loss of their license think what they could sue the thieves for!!
They also recently did a woman in South Wales for 480mph in a G reg Austin Maestro!!
All the more reason to fight every NIP and keep them on their toes, once the pressure goes on it is amazing how often their case crumbles for various reasons.

they demanded money . Any proof they had was false . The people who have paid should sue the daylights out of them.
Has anyone Put any signs up along that road letting people know???? That would **** them off!!

Absolute ******* disgrace!
And they wonder why the public dispise them so much? Theiving *****! this *REALLY* p!sses me off! They expect us to be honest an coughup when we are cought out! they should do the same!
I really think we as motorists should do something about this! Organise some protest or something, write to all the car magazines for support and stuff!
I don't know what the consiquences would be but I think EVERY motorist should refuse to pay or at least sign the NIPs they get until such time that the scamming *******s either contact every person unfairly affected by this, refund them and remove points from their licences, AND a public apology!!!!!
Also they should have a full review of their system as it is obviously flawed.
If you were a business doing this you'd be shut down by Trading standards officials quicker than that you flutter your eyelids!!
FFS we should get off our asses and DO SOMETHING ABOUT THIS THEIVERY!!!!!!!!!!!!
