I'm thinking of buying one of these from tenerife in a few weeks and would like to know your opinions on it.

The s602 is being replaced by the 7000 isn't it?

I've got the original 6900z and I rate it pretty highly. Have a wander over to DPReview, as I've seen items about the new fujis over there recently...
