due to a change of ownership at the dealer where i work, the new owners want to implement a bonus scheme for our wages which we are not to keen on. and i'm looking for some info from you all you can email me if you dont want to post any replys up here so just a couple of questions
what is the basic rate of pay you are on?
how much does the bonus add to it?
do you always make the bonus?
do you think that sometimes the quality of work suffers if you are behind on bonus?
what hours do you work to make a decent wage?
i know they are a bit sensitive but any info on what the schemes you are on actually work like would be a great help as i've never been on a bonus scheme before as i dont like them myself.

Bonus is fookin crap, I'd never go back into a dealership that ran it, no way not never and work deffo suffers because of it...and it creates ill feeling cause you always get one guy who can make more than anyone else![img]images/smilies/mad.gif[/img]
