Well, after 3 flights god knows how many 1000s of miles and multiple frisks by US customs and security officials, I'm now at a PC in Austin Texas, having just enjoyed a 3 course full on american style breakfast(burp) Got a day here, then off to San
Francisco via Salt Lake City for the remainder of the week.
Highlight of the trip so far was the security announcement on the Tannoy at San Diego airport yesterday:
"Could I have your attention please. Will the owner of the bright green Volkswagon kindly remove this vehicle immediately. Please note that it has not been ticketed, and that it is not being towed... It's just that it's soooo ugly!!"

And so did the entire terminal. LOL.
