Are there any good car games with the Nurburgring track on them??
Something Gran Tourismo style would be good.
If there are, what platform are they?? Playstation, PC etc etc??

To my knowledge, the only game that you can install and run with it in, is Grand Prix Legends.
You can buy F1 2002, download the mod GTR2002 and the download the track
You can download the track for Sports car GT.
I have heard it will be available on the XBOX in Project Gotham racing 2 or whatever it is called.

It does work, but it appears to fail at the last bit of the install IRC.
Install it, and then patch it, it does work because I have it running on XP.
