Question
I was reading on here a few weeks back about someone who got caught for speeding and someone suggested a web site regarding several court cases where people got off by not signing the forms etc etc....

Done a search but cant find it. Can anyone help ?

no offence but if u commited the crime of speeding and got caught u should pay the fine end of.
