what happens if someone breaks into your car and you...

What happens if someone breaks into your car and you catch them in the process but they have done damage to your locks and windows, you hand them over to the police.
I'm curious as they are probably under 16 and have no insurance, do you have to claim from your own policy or do they have to go to court and pay you back 50p a month??

tie them up,throw them in the boot of the car, take them to the nearest B&Q carpark, gag them with a rag that has been dipped in petrol, then pour the contents or a 5lt petrol can over them just substitute the petrol for good ol' water first.....
they will never know because of the rag smelling of petrol
spark up the good ol' zippo lighter, and watch as they **** themselfs........
HHhhhmmmmmmmmmm justice.

kneecap em, and leave em crawling. Threaten that if you see them again, you'll kill them, their family, kill their parents, brothers and sisters, and their families. Kill their friends, and anyone else they know.
Ok A bit harsh maybe, but if you're going to be done for a Tony Martin, you may as well make the most of it.

Many years ago a mate of mine caught a little scally-wag spraying his brand new escort estate. The car was white and the aerosol was green. My mate caught the little sh1te, ripped his shirt off and sprayed him green with his own aerosol - made me laugh but me mate got 3 months care of her majesty
if I catch the little sh1te that did my scoob this morning - I'm going to have a new patio a la Fred West !!! So if you see me posting in the DIY forum you know I got him

Had locks and windows done on last car..jsut claim on the insurance and pay the excess to get new locks and windows sorted out. As for jsutice - there is none - you hand over the ******* when you catch them and nothing happends as they have done it 00's of times before and know their rights..so why not give them a kicking and feel better after???
After having windows, dinks, 3 cars stolen and insurance going stupidly mad i had enough of driving the car in the week as an everyday car and now only drive on the week-ends or specific days. Have car garaged/alarmed with as much protection on the car as possible. I feel a lot better since getting the car off the street and get a lot less hastle...
BUT justice = bollox - its for criminals...revenge - ah thats sweet but costs in most cases.

Best thing to do is catch only 1 of the fecking little b@st@rds, then beat the fecking sh!te outta him...then hand him over or let him go, either way if no one see's u do it, its ur word against his, and this advice came from a copper who came round to see me after i nearly caught a little ****** trying to break in my motor a couple of years back.
