I have some stories about being part of a support team. Like the woman in one of our remote depots, 150 miles away, ringing to tell me there was 3 foot flames coming out the back of the printer and setting fire to the notice board..What should she do?

know of a bloke who used to have the mouse upside down as he thought the cable was its tail.

Someone and i'm being carefull here as i might have to do my own cooking, said that the pointer was not on the edge of the screen but she had run out of mouse mat what should she do....??

Compaq also had one from a woman telling them that the coffee cup holder was no longer functioning.
After hours of debate - the technician realised that it was the CD tray - fits a mug of coffee perfect though !!!
