Currently looking at the BT Synergy 3500 DECT Cordless Phone With Answer Machine And Additional Handset & Charger - Silver.

I don't really need the additional handset & charger though, just wondering what peoples views are of this phone?

or if anyone can recommend a cordless digital phone with answer machine? needs to store names, and be able to record a good few minutes on the answer phone (10+).

just bought this exact item yesterday £99.50 from Argos in their sale (was £119.50)

haven't set it up yet - but you can also buy it for about £70/£80 without the extra handset.

I bought one from Argos and took it back the day after. No backlight for the display and the text was barely legible either.

Still undecided what to buy. The Panasonic 515 looks okay, cheapest place is unbeatable.co.uk. Polyphonic ringtones and an excellent blue display, with backlight. 200 name and number memory too.

Let us know what you decide on.

i had a bt synergy one ..not sure what number got it about three yrs ago though but now its dead...even bought it a new battery but that didnt revive it
