Any hints tips gratefully received, especially with regards to training regimes and eating/use of supplements.
Keep doing it in fits and starts but really want to see some proper results, I am not exactly under muscled anyway but want to get rid of some flab and have some results worth showing by next summer.

lots has been said already (use the search)... if you want specific help on your goals, you'll need to outline your current routine, stats, diet, rest, how long you've been training, required goals etc... and i'll tell you what to change to hit your goals quicker. likewise if you want info on any specific supplements, outline which ones you're interested in.
