ok ive put on a good 3 stone in the past 3 yrs that i want gone, havent really got the time to go to gym (prob not enough will power either)
ive got into a terrible habbit of eating to much choccie bikkies etc and i know thats the blame, but also the will power to cut that down is hard
obviously im destined to be a fat ****** lol
ive taken speed lots before when clubbin etc and i klnow for a fact it supressis my appetite loads, i was thinking along the lines of a small amount every morning to keep me active through the day and take the desire for burgers etc away, which should hopefully not also affect my sleep patermn
i know really the only way to loose it to eat less more excersice etc but its gotta work? and they used to perscribe it in the older days folr weight loss

dont get me wrong i realise that but a small amount earlie in the day should hopefully allow me to sleep,
ive always been big, but im also 6ft tall and even at 16 stone i looked good and had no probs with the tottie lol even tho i didnt work out i looked big built (ive got huge shoulders etc **** knows why lol

If your going to dabble with drugs to lose weight you may aswell use clenbuterol(sp) because thats dangerouse too.

Just go running- the weight will drop off you.
If you find you're so unfit you can't run then walk 100yrd, run 100yrds and so on until you can do a good few miles. Getting addicted to amphetamines isn't a smart move.

Forget the atkins diet try the all new apples24 diet, just a some speed for breakfast, speed for lunch and a skunk joint for tea..!!
Seriously mate i would steer clear, there are a few not very nice side effects to amphetamine... The most anoying being the ability to ramble complete shi* to someone you dont know..

it won't work. you'll build up a tolerance very quickly and be able to eat on it. you won't be able to sleep properly, just dozing (if you can even do that!) your gums will hurt, your teeth will hurt, you'll sweat and stink, you'll get raging mouth ulcers, you'll get constipated, you'll become irrational and intrigued by the slightest pointless thing, you'll drive dangerously (either flat out or about to pass out!)
all this and most of the weight will go back on when you stop taking it, in fact a lot of the weight you lose is just through dehydration.
i love a bit of billy whizz now and again but it's an occasional clubbing mate not a good friend.

All I can say is I am glad I dont have this sort of problem.
I guess unless I was in your shoes it is hard to comprehend. I cant understand taking the drugs and the risks this involves instead of simply cutting back on food intake and exercising ... ????
