Starting a mobile valeting business questions!

Always use soapy water!!
soz mate, couldn't resist!
I'd look around on the net, do a search for mobile valeting, see what other companys are offering, see how much they are charging.
Can you offer the same? Can you do it cheaper?
Try targeting small companys, with serval service vans, do a deal with them to wash their vans once a month or whatever. Keeping their vans clean promotes their company better. Especially in winter months when they are going to be dirty all the time.
Especially white vans!! You are onto a winner there, I hope my cheque is in the post!
Good luck.
