That's the first time in a while I've seen a stars and stripes that wasn't on fire....

 

No problem with them. They are part of the United Kingdom.

I didn't see the proms but didn't we have a yank conductor? conducting this uniquely British event.

So it looks like our 'uniquely' British event has been taken over by foreigners which is a shame but whats new
