Bought some tickets for my nipper and her 3 mates to see the sugababes in concert. Tickets were £18 + booking fee. Concert has now been cancelled due to lack of sales. A refund has been paid for the tickets only, not the booking fee.
Wayahead.com say its their policy to only refund the ticket value and not the booking fee. What a rip off. For all I know they may be doing this with loads of concerts. Take the money in which I bet is £100,000s then only refund part of it. Not a bad earner for doing next to nothing is it.
