I think you should be sure you've pushed your natural limits before going down this road. I can't remember the exact amount, but the amount of muscle weight you can put on in a year is quite small.
I was 13 stone ish at 6'5" until I was 23 ish after training from 18.
I'm 19.5 stone ish now

CEL, as someone who has used it, did it actually do anything for you then? Any noticeable increases in size?
Tiggs, I'm not exactly a newbie. Just using a diff name for er... legal reasons!

Getting straight to the point, I'm a skinny guy who has been working out trying to gain mass for around a year now.
I've been eating all the right things but have not gained any muscle whatsoever.
I've been reading a few articles about Dianabol and would like to know if anyone has experienced it or would recommend it.
From what I know of it, it can be taken alone but is best stacked with Deca or Sustanon, both of which I would not take as it requires injection.
Anymore info on side effects would be appreciated as would any comments.

You already know more than most people, in that it should be stacked with injectable Deca. Why wouldn't you inject? Injectibles are waaay safer than orals, though i know many people are squeamish of needles etc.

I had a few months on decca and dianbol a few years ago.
Used to inject decca into my butt cheek twice a week, and eat 2 dianabol tablets per day.
I personally didnt get any of the usual side effects associated with steriod use.
The main thing to remember is you WONT see instant results..... proper diet, strict training routine and sleep are the essentials for sucessfully building muscle.

You asked if anyone would recommend taking oral steroids, I think not, its not exactly something you recommend.

LOL, that's not an inevitable consequence yoza, but you do increase your chances of damage, it's true. I think you have to be doing some pretty serious dosages before you run into real problems. I think pi55ing blood is possibly a good indication! But some guys don't stop, even then. Madness.

Tiggs - has anyone actually advocated it? I think not. Certainly not me.
With steroids, i think information, not lack of information, is more useful. Steroids are a fact of life, i don't think they should be excluded from conversation.

ahh, but the "its a fact so lets talk about it" is not always as healthy as people think.
when i did steroids (10 years ago) i discussed it only with one other person (my "adviser") and the air of secrecy and "wrong doing" was as much a controlling factor for me as anything else. i knew, in no uncertain terms that what i was doing was wrong and there where many things surrounding me that confirmed this to me. it didnt stop me and didnt prevent me from gathering infomation but it did help me keep a mental check on things.
someone logging on here nowadays would easily get the idea that the only problem with doing steroids if you're skinny and new to weights is that you should give it a little longer and see how you go first. there are lots of bad things about doing steroids unrelated to your ***** falling off.

fair point...but they often dont.
its very easy for a "i have 10inch arms, should i do decca" post to turn into a "stack it with this that and the other" post and skip the bit that says "what you're doing is regarded as wrong by many people and if you live at home your dad will kick your ****"

Knackers to the roids. If you want to put weight and size on start drinking guinness and stop running about all over the place burning up those precious calories.
Oh, and train ya bo!!ocks off everytime in the gym.
Over time you will lose the gains made through roids due to catching colds etc and not being able to train/eat/sleep properly. Bringing you back to square one.
