Cheap skiing accom in Verbier

need to sort a stag do in a ski resort for Jan 04, so was thinking verbier, but on 1st glance if ******* expensive.
can anyone recommend any well priced accom in Verbier?

Been there. Good skiing, but if you're looking for affordable, look elsewhere!
Switzerland on the whole is pretty expensive in the resorts. Even if you get what looks like a decent deal on a chalet/apartment you'll still be paying through the nose if you want to eat out.
I still remember paying around £20 for a basic pizza meal in a no-frills restaurant, and this was about 10 years ago. Spaghetti bolognaise on the mountain cafe (think motorway quality
) was best part of a tenner with a drink 
We were full board but still got stung on the few occasions we dared to eat out.
