Been an agonising time lately but as I am sure other blokes that have been in my position will testify it still don't stop the body's desire for the physical side of things. Short of doing a lot of hand shaking where would be the best place to go for a "holiday" to relieve the stress if you get my drift.
After 11 years of exercising almost daily has come to a halt, things are starting to build up lol. Also I have not got a clue where to start in the hunt anymore.
