Does your Shell give you Optimax cards?

When you fill up with Optimax do you always have to ask for your Optimax card??
My local Shell in Rainhill never offers and for about the past 4 weeks they keep saying 'oh we haven't got any so tough luck'
Yet they have all the game posters and bilboards all over the garage and when I dared to have the cheek to ask when they were getting some in she just grunted at me

Ask for a reciept, when they give this to you ask them to write on it that they owe you a card and then get them to sign it.
Works at the one in Sankey next to the water board on Liverpool road mate

I always forget to ask too, they never offer them without prompting though, bastids[img]images/smilies/mad.gif[/img]
McDoogal burgers never offer lucky straws either, had to ask last night, it was worth it though cos I won a Big Mac....actually I wish I hadn't asked cos it was crap

as with all promotions , you dont have to acctally buy any thing to recive the cards , they should upon request give you 1 card per visit , thats ussaly the law on promotions ''no purchase nessasery''
so fill up when needed and then just pop in every day on way home from work for your card ..
and the attendants can not pocket the cards as they will be exempt from the compition cos they work for shell

Anyways - if it were one of those "no purchase necessary" competitions - all we'd need to do is to write in and say "hi - I'd like to win a car, please". So much simpler...

I tried just asking for a card but she pointed me to the Terms & Conditions
It is No Purchase Necessary but you can't just walk in and demand a card - you need to write to a specific address asking for one and they will send one out!!!
