I saw TG but can't remember what music they played- if it had a heavy baseline then it could have been "Inna Gadda Vida" (I think that's right) by Iron Butterly. Would suit that Porsche segment and was used in the first+the only good Hannibal Lecter film "Manhunter".

It's "This Big Hush" by Shriekback, from their 1985 album "Oil & Gold". It was used in Manhunter, as was the final track off the album "Coelocanth". Still available AFAIK. Great album too.

Well worth trying to get the 'plankton enriched' mix of "Fish Below the Ice" which was big in clubs at the time.

Ive been trying to get tracks for manhunter soundtrack for years! Only found out about the iron butterfly song about a month ago and now I have another one! So do you know what the moody atmospheric track is being played when will graham is in the cafe on his own (towards the end) its raining outside and he puts his hand to the window and says 'just you and me now....sport' damn that film is in my top 3 of all time, makes all the hopkins/hannibal films look strictly 2nd rate IMHO.

Gary, long time since I saw Manhunter but if it's the bit of music with what sounds like pan-pipes, that's Shriekback's "Coelocanth", also on the Oil & Gold lp.
