Today is the company summer party. Now, I don't usually like corporate events, but given the location and the weather I reckon this will be a hoot.....

3.30pm - Coaches depart from Guildford
4pm - Arrive at Hurtwood
4-4.45 - Pimms/ Buck Fizz reception/ canapés
4.30/5pm - It's a knockout challenge/ Intro to polo demonstration
7/7.30pm - BBQ/ Live polo match
9.00pm - Disco begins in club house
10 till 12 midnight - Coaches returning to Guildford
1am - Final coaches return to Guildford
