It may vary from employer to employer, I have no idea to be honest. If you are going for a new job now or in the near future, then it might be worth doing some research with potential employers as to whether they recognise these over other qualifications.

I got my NEBS certificate via my old employer - they paid everything for me when I went on the course.

NEBS are very much geared towards management and such, I would certainly like to continue on with my qualifications with them, but they don't offer courses out here in Aus.

I have done the Management certificate, very good course content, I can recommend doing it.

The qualifications IIRC can lead to stepping across to do an MBA - I can't remember the steps. I have them in the folder which my certificate came in, but it is still in transit from the UK.

See if a quick websearch reveals anything.

Yes have found stuff on the web was thinking more is it a well recognised qulification by employers or is it like the old NVQ's and HNC's the national certificats seem to be held in higher regard that NVQ's
