........Permission to land. Bought this new album today, cracking rock album with a very 70's edge to it. "Growing on me" is a class track, give it a listen.
Marks - 8/10.
Cover - 10/10 - due to the naked lady on runway !
Skoosh the perv?

Bought this CD and just tried to copy it to my mini-disc.
This CD is copy protected.
This is pretty unjust as I've paid for the cd and now cannot use it as I wish.
Any one know how to get over this?
If the music industry continues to do this, pirated cds and the music net will grow.
I wont be buying anymore protected cds for sure and will be looking at the labels more closely in future.

I've been backing up CD albums that I own because I prefer to keep them pristeen due to the amount they get played.....and quite often I get lazy and leave them lying around.
It's really annoying finding copyright ones.....even worse they are usually limited edition with bonus videos and such on them.

I buy a lot of my CD's over the internet and apparently some copy right systems don't work with some CD players so i can't be bothered with the hassele i just don't buy any copy right protected CD.
In fact i don't copy CD's but then again i might have to get copies of those cd's! I am sure they will be available some where.
I can understand why they don't want illegal copies flooding the market but equally i have replaced a collection of LP's with the CD copy and didn't get any discount so i have paid twice for the right to listen to the same music which i think is even worse maybe they should operate a discount scheme if you already have an original copy as they have had the money for the musical rights!
