recently started playing squash with a couple of pals and I wondered if any one had any tips to beat them! I'm fed up of losing.

Cheers.

I'm no expert but the main things that I have found to help:

Try and hog the middle of the court
Use your body to block their access to the shot (ie play shots that mean they have to move around you to get to the return)
Don't try to hit serves too hard, concenrate on getting them high on the opponents wall and nicely into the back corner

failing the above, get annoyed and hit the feckin thing as hard as you can.

Thumbs up

Lol @ Charlie

Couldn't of put it better myslef...

The guy I play squash with is 6'5" and around 16 stone and although he has a greater reach and obscures the view of half of my shots I find that if I just run him ragged and make sure I put the ball wherever he isn't, then I have a good chance of beating him

The thing with squash is that you actually have longer to plan and play the shots than you think .. don't rush it

Cheers and make sure you try to get to the T after every shot as Charlie mentioned..
