C'mon geezer, try and pull it together. Right now she might seem like the only woman in the world, but she isn't. Six months from now you'll realise that, but it will take time. In the meantime, don't be scared of seeking professional help. You won't be the first, and you won't be the last...

Onwards and upwards. Try to learn from mistakes and move on, not make the same ones again.
Sh*t happens to all of us from time to time (and final Cliche) what does not kill you makes you stronger.
It can be tough and you loose conidence, have a good heart to heart with a real good friend or relative or if not the Samaritans and talk it through, it does/can help to share and get someone else to look at what is up from the outside rather than your perspective.
Often it ain't as bad as it seems.
good luck!

They're all right. Only you can make a difference to your life. You're in charge, so decide where you want to go, and start doing it now.
If you don't feel like it straight away, go for a wafty crank. That always makes things seem a little better. Then make a start while feeling up. Just remember to zip up.

STI VII - What's happening to you is nothing, to you it appears it is but it's not, think like that and you'll move on.
It will pass.
Try and put it into context and without sounding heartless it's only a woman.
My last few months have been horrendous and there's nothing i can do about it. I have lost a wife, daughter, best mate and every penny I owned.
The wife I can handle losing, the daughter I struggle daily, the best mate is hard and the money, well, that's plain cráp because without it I can't do anything and face losing my home, cars, everything.
But I've got to smile and so have you.
Good luck.

Been there myself, at the time you think life's not worth living, but in the end it gets better, A LOT BETTER.
5 years ago I was married to biaatch I thought I loved, was working all hours in a ****ty job and couldnt go out with mates without major hassles.
Since she fooked off, Ive started and built up a successfull new business, bought a brand new scooby (in itself worth the divorce!) bought 2 more brand new cars, went to Japan for the world cup (amazing), got engaged to a fantastic woman with a great body who lets me do anything I want, and I mean ANYTHING
and take 3 foreign holidays a year.
Only a BIG win on the lottery could make life any better...
Stick with it mate, time does indeed heal.
Until then, there's plenty of women that want lots of no strings sex

Hi,
I'm actually having a tough time at the moment with things. I know people have suggested going out drinking and all that, but in my opinion you should give the booze a miss - it's a depressant. It's temporary, and it's no good for you. I have been cycling and going to the gym like a crazy man lately to sort myself out (yes, it's to do with a girl). You'll feel good in your head, and the results will show in the way you look and feel. I know this is just the same stuff that everyone always trots out, but I think it's true.
Also, there's no substitute for professional help. It's impartial, and helps you to see things in a different perspective. There's nothing to be ashamed of either.

If it is a girl, there is nothing anyone can say that will make it feel better. Only time will do that. The best advice was along the lines of "count your blessings". Difficult to do at first but be patient, live your life and try not to overreact.

OK - hows this sound:
I buy my new evo - get a stalker have to call in police. then i get puncture - 2 new tyres; then 3 days later i take my new young man out in it for a spin - trash it and nearly kill him - apparently attempted murder isnt condusive to a second date so he dumps me. Then I fall of my horse and break my wrist in 2 places - whilst am not riding the horse gets a back infectiona nd the emergency vet costs me 400quid. then the other horse develops skin cancer, then after 6 miserable weeks -no riding and put on a stone in weight i get cast off last wednesday - ride horse and then it treads on me and breaks my big toe - off to hospital again then..... then b@stard rips the aerial off my evo and the next day my numberplates go too...
you think your life sucks!!!!
