Scoobynet itself is a computer software programme, so it itself is not homophobic. However, some of the members on here could well be.
I can only speak for myself here, and say that I'm not a homophobe, and I would say most blokes are not either. Why? Well lads, how many of you do not find the idea of lesbians a bit of turn on? if you do, then you can't be homophobic. Guess it's because it's girls getting it on and not blokes, and you'd be dead against that.
If a bloke wants to be with another bloke, and a girl wants to be with another girl, well, if they are happy, not a problem.
most homophobes tend to be male, simply as the thought of two blokes being together is hard to accept. I'll be honest and say that a) it does not in any way appeal to me, and b) I'm not totally comfortable with it, but, I'm not doing to diss someone's preferences, and I'd certainly not go gay bashing or anything like that. Each to his or her own.
Question for the blokes. If a bloke made a pass at you, would you be disgusted, or would you take it as a compliment?
Question for the girls. If a girl made a pass ay you, would you be disgusted, or would you take it as a compliment?
I've not had a bloke make a pass at me, so can't really comment on it, but, well, it'd freak me for sure, but, I think it would say that both blokes and girls find me attractive, so I must be some big ol Stud!
It seems to me that society in general dislikes the idea of Gay men, but Gay women seem to be ok, why? maybe because media and such like are run by men? I don't know to be honest.

Comment from Gareth in "The Office"
"I've got nothing against homosexuals. Come round and see my CD collection. I've got Queen, George Michael, the Pet Shop Boys - and they're all bummers."

My ex-fiance's sister, who was a lesbian gave this definition of homophobia:
"Homophobia is the arrogance of straight men thinking that all gay men fancy them ".
Think about it !
No, I'm not gay before you ask.
Skoosh.

When I was a young man it was illegal and they weren't called "gays" they were called "queers". Nothing against em mind, "whatever butters your bread" as they say in Lancashire.

I think it should be banned, its not normal touching another mans botty, when my bill is passed through parliament and becomes law I am sure all law abiding so called 'Gays' will stop interfering with other men and find themselves a nice steady lady freind whose bottom they can touch legally and within the law.
By the way, for the thicker Scoobynetters, the above has a tongue firmly in the cheek, my own cheek that is, the one on the side of my face.
