firstly apologies for not making this link clicky and for it being from the sun.
I'm all for equal rights whatever someones sexuality, but why on earth should these people get a pay out over nothing? Also why the hell should taxpayers be funding their case?
Does anyone support them, if so why??????

CC, once again your knowledge of such things is sadly lacking
They use the skin to create internal walls so the *woman* can have *normal* sexual function.

From my vast medical knowledge ( i watch Casualty and ER regularly) i understand the operation is know as an Offer-a-slit-to-me. or the reverse is a attach-a-dick-to-me
It is madness, PC to extremes again. Only one of the ladieees was a transexual (had the op) the others where transvestities (dress like a girl but have bloke bitz so not women in any way other than thier own minds) Besides that the law does not recognise Transexuals sex change, only what they where born as.
I understand that the publican (who by the way is gay and proud of it) only asked them to leave as he was concerend about trouble after complains from locals.
Why the hell should blokes dressed as women use the ladies loo???
What about the rights of women who do not want to use the loo with stange men in them???
No anything against men who want to be women or dress like them but this just takes the biscuit!
And to cap it all we the tax payer are footing the bill.
fecking madness!
edited as it appears my spelling is getting worse!

Still, this is Scoobynet, where mis-information and intolerance run free, so I'm not even going to bother.

Looks to me like you already did - does it not
IMHO As for the difference then that is the phyisilogical difference as i understand it, and for misinformation, it's just my view and i am entitled to it.
and as stated

What a small minded tosser (the landlord), whats being gay got to do with being a transexual? Its all about state of mind, not what kin way you are inclined to swing
I'm not too keen on tax being used for that, but I'd rather it go to them than some dolescum who has every type of benifit fraud known to mankind on the go just to get his next score.

Scooby loo
I mentioned the gay bit for one reason only, to make a point that he(the landlord) is more likely to be used to discrimination or predudice than say a hetro in the same situation. It taken any other way then it should not be!

I'm not going to get involved, other than to point out that not everything you read on SN is correct, no matter who posts it. I know what the opinion of the majority of SN users is on this subject and I can't be arsed to argue about it.

Right, of course, I'm a smartarse for being better informed about something than someone else and for pointing out that not quite all the content on this thread is factually correct. Whatever.
We've had threads on this subject before, where the differences between TV and TS were discussed, and yet, same old ***** on this one, as usual. There's really no point.
One question Damian, what exactly is the problem with making people aware that Paul's statement isn't quite right? How is letting incorrect information go unchallenged a good thing? People disagree with other people on SN all the time, so what is it about this particular thread that leads you to tell me I should keep information to myself and let inaccurate statements persist?

Seems like a storm in a tea-cup to me. No-one ever asked me to drink up before chucking me out of a pub. It was more like "do you want to walk out that door or go through it, mate?".
TVs often use female toilets - after all there are separate cubicles (so i'm told ) in there so it's not like anyone can see anything in any case. However, most TVs know that some places this is acceptable, and a working mans boozer isn't likely to be one of them.
If you ask me people should make their own bed and then lie in it, not go running off to court at the slightest excuse.

I doubt anyone has ever bothered to pass a law saying what the criteria for using a ladies loo are! If there are laws, I hope they made allowances for hermaphrodites! Maybe that's why they are so few about, maybe they explode messily due to not being able to relieve themselves.
