Top place
I work there and pretty much live there (although officially i live in gloucester down the road)
Hamptons have a branch
also
www.coopersofcheltenham.co.uk
www.charterhouse4homes.co.uk
http://www.peterball.co.uk/
http://www.readmaurice.co.uk/
that should get you startedThere is more as well.
Incidentally if you visit here, most of the estate agents, are all on one street and the corners surrounding it opposite weatherspoons- all bunched together.
Some really nice areas around here, but as with anywhere, some not so nice areas also. Avoid hesters way/coronation square sort of area a.k.a 'Beirut' to locals.
Pitville up by the park is nice and not too expensive.Montpellier a tad more expensive.
Nice place
summer is good- the beer gardens in town outside the queens hotel get rammed with totty-an abundance of highly easy on the eye women around here...

House prices are higher than Oswestry, although Oswestry has caught up in recent years. Cheltenham is really nice, but you can also look as far as Ledbury\Newent, Tewkesbury, or even Worcester as the commute is fairly easy.
Very much depends on where in Cheltenham you are working.
You'll mis Oswestry tho', I know I do.

Moved down here 6 years ago. Used to live in Cabin Lane, Dad lived in Windsor Rd. Will be up there next week to sort out selling his place as he sadly passed away last year (only 56). Used to frequent the Unicorn, and of course clubs and pubs in town.
Mum still lives in Overton-on-dee, got mates in Ellesmere, Penley, Ruabon, Oswestry etc.
Out of interest, I've asked Bowen Son and Watson, and Halls, any recommendations?

The job isn't with a company called AssureWeb, is it? Subsiduary of Misys IFA division (soon to be re-named Sesame)?
I can think of a few choice words to describe the company, and none of them are particularly nice...

I would recomend Evens and co, next door to Argos. they were very helpful when we boughth this place 3 years ago and have had them back to value it for selling if we move.
Shame about your dad , that is no age at all.
We live in Porth-y-waen, in front of the old quarry near the Lime Kilm, if that brings back any memories.
And no the Company is a construction firm.
