Rugdoctor - anyone tried one to clean their car?
#1
My car stinks of dog from the previous owner!
Tried gallons of Febreze and leaving the doors open for a month - still no joy!
Now thinking about cleaning the seats with an industrial strength wet type hoover thing - ie the Rug Doctor. You can hire one of these from Homebase and Safeways to do carpets - but has anyone ever tried one on car upholstery? If so, did it do the trick? Or is there a better way to "de-dog" the car I'm not thinking about?
Cheers!

I get one of my mates who has a carpet cleaning business to clean my interiors with his machine.
Does an excellent job. Deffo some "extraction" cleaning you need. You would be better with something a bit more industrial as the RugDoctor thing will leave your seats a little too wet for too long.
