fatherpierre, well if you are going to be that picky you may have noticed that "tomorrow" is actually today!.... unless Saturday counts as a "day off"!

Seriously though, what is the radius you are willing to travel? could name a few places over here in the west country but its a treck from Berkshire....

AJM: did you never see Bugsy Malone? Tomorrow never comes!

The dunce hat is reserved for far greater mistakes than that.

Trip out to area of natural beauty, lovely walk to work up an appetite, and a thirst. Country pub meal, couple of beers, suggest that, it being Saturday tomorrow you could book a room, have a few more beers and make a night of it. Then you'll get to eat your cake too. And maybe again before breakfast.

PS. Doesn't work too well with younger women, they don't appreciate countryside, only shopping malls.

Bollards.

I've never ever seen the fascination in shopping. In fact I loathe and detest the chore.

Countryside all the way.

On topic...Leeds Castle isn't THAT far from you, in Kent.
Chessington is also achievable.
