I think I saw a piece of AV equip advertised a few years ago that allowed you to "latch" a SKY channel so that you could record it as well as watch another SKY channel. Doe's this equipment actually exist or am I imagining it? Can anybody point me in the right direction?

Why anybody needs Sky+ is beyond me...Doesn't matter if you miss it, it'll be shown again within 48 hrs then again and again and again.....

Called a Twin View, used to work with the analogue system back in the day. IIRC, the series 9 Sky card put a stop to it.
