I have got the NEC e606, battery life is not great (thats why they give you 2!), it is a bit bulky, but it has a great screen!
Some of the content on 3 is very funny as well, Angry Kid in particular!

I don't think Torquay has 3G coverage yet so you won't get the benefit of 3's services, videocalls, videomessages etc. Check on the
Three website.
