May I say that as a sister of a Down's person, I really take great offence at that photo being posted on this forum.
I have reported the thread despite having moderator access, to allow alternate opinion in order to see whether I am over-reacting. As I am sure you can understand, with my sister being Down's this type of thing I am very sensitive to.
