Whilst driving down to London last week I spotted one of those vans with a speed camera in the side, parked above the M40. It was at the Oxford junction (A34 J9?) facing towards me. Saw it too late to slow and was doing well over 80 (as most people were), so am expecting the worse.
Anyone know if this is a regular thing now on the M40 and if anyone has been done by one? Also, which carriageway would they be watching, north bound (going away from them) or south bound (comming towards them)?

There is also a Yahoo groups link at the top right of that page.
A High Court ruling is awaited; hopefully it will be announced before your 28 days are up.
