The Chief Constable of Avon and Somerset Police has condemned this type of practice by his officers and deemed it 'dishonest'.
He even admitted to speeding himself from time to time and challenged all the people that put these schemes into pratice to deny that any of them have ever broken speed limits.
He also said that not all speeding was dangerous and should result in prosecution/penalties.
Top man, some honesty at last. He'll be burger flipping in McDonald's next I'm guessing!

Thats @~#*, it's about time we had some comeback on these lowlifers. It's almost as bad as the unmarked white van sitting on the flyover at Dunfermline last week, didn't realise until I looked in my mirror once past the flyover that the B' was wearing a yellow bib and the side door of the van was open!!!! I wonder what was in the back of that van then??????? not too hard to guess is it, haven't recieved the NIP yet but hopefully I haven't been done as I was doing under 80. Traffic Cops go do some real work like catching car thiefs please.

It was probably the **** head that parked diagonally, and spilled into the last space at work, so I struggled to get parked, then nearly had to climb out the window
