personal loan or mortgage?

personal loan - there are quite a few at 7.9%. If you have a mortgage you can usually get a cheaper personal loan from your lender. If you are looking for a cheaper mortgage there are a few trackers at 3.99 but you can go down to 1.5% if you are prepared to go for an extended redemption
