We are on our 5th baby sitter (soon to be 6th) for our two boys (4 & 6). We don't use them a lot, but have found that all of them are useless.

They sit on their butts and let the kids get away with murder, instead of actually watching them.

Had one last night, as I was working late, and the Mrs had to do a couple of hours last night to make up for the shortfall stolen my Gordon Brown [img]images/smilies/mad.gif[/img] After taking out the cost of the babysitter, the Mrs earnt £8.75 - the baby sitter earnt £9 for eating bogeys and watching Smash hits.

Is it too much to ask for the baby sitters to do anything other than picking their nose watching Smash Hits on Sky whilst the kids do what they please?

Only people we trust to watch the kids are the other halfs parents, though they live 125miles away, so not too handy

Does anyone else find this?
